Morris Park Meadows
Can-Cara is the contractor which will be completed in six months and has a budget of approximately JA$ 70, 000, 000.00 per phase consisting of 35 houses each.

Innswood Water Supply System -  4 Km Pipeline
Can-Cara Development Limited through its division, Can-Cara Environment, now being licensed by the Office of Utility Requisition, will commence the provision of treated water to the residents of White Water Meadows, in the first instance.  This it will undertake as a Private Utility Provider.  This project is 98% completed and to date approximately $50,000,000.00 has been spent

Western Spanish Town Treatment Plant
Spanish Town Sewage Treatment Project is ahead of schedule at 50% of planned completion.  This is the first Private Sector built, owned and operated Sewage Treatment Facility in the Caricom Region.  Can-Cara Environment was licensed by the Office of Utility Regulation during the Last Quarter 2005.  The Budget for this Project is approximately $480,000,000.00.

The Meadows of Irwin – Montego Bay

Can-Cara is the contractor and joint developer for this project which will eventually serve the needs of some 1,200 plus houses and several commercial and institutional users.

White Water Glades
Laying adjacent to White Water Meadows, this tract of land consists of 45 acres and will be developed with a mix of one and two bedroom detached units designed in conformity with the requirements of the increasing numbers of young professionals that are being drawn to this region.  The budget for this project is
approximately $875,000,000.00 with a commencement date projected for the forth quarter of 2009.

Irwin Shopping Centre
The 3 acres Shopping Centre at Irwin will be the first commercial area built within the broader design concept projected for the 580 acres being developed.  The University of the West Indies has been granted twenty five (25) acres to establish its Western Regional Campus.  This along with the New High and Elementary Schools will further augment the potential for success of this Shopping Complex.   The budget for this project is approximately $360,000,000.00.

White Water Shopping Centre
It is intended that this facility will become a regional commercial/Shopping Centre incorporating municipal support services, Medical, entertainment and other facilities.  Occupying some 25 acres of land.  This complex will act as a hub from which a number of smaller feeder operations will evolve.
Within a one mile radius there are approximately 10,000 house holds which provide the basis for some 50,000.00 Shoppers/Users of the complex.  The budget for this project is approximately $1, 800,000,000.00.
