Joesph 'Junior'
Lincoln is a well-known businessman who has extensive in the international
business arena. Mr. Lincoln’s investment interests are quite diverse
and include holdings in the International Music Publishing Industry,
the Motor Racing Industry, the Horse Racing Industry, the Special Events
Promotion business and the Real Estate Development Industry.
As a philanthropist Mr. Lincoln has been commended by the British Royal
Family for his pioneering work and contribution in the effort to relieve
world hunger.
Mr. Lincoln sits on the board of several social and civic organizations
and has been chosen by the Government of Jamaica to participate in a
joint venture to provide housing solutions in it’s attempt to resolve
a chronic shelter problem which keeps spiraling. He is a director and
major shareholder of Motor Sport Jamaica, owners of Dover Raceway, St.
Ann, Jamaica. He is a trustee of the Kingston Public Hospital/Victoria
Jubilee Hospital and member of the fund raising committee, (responsible
for fund raising world-wide).

Mr.
Lammie is well known in the Real Estate Development field since 1976.
With responsibility for the development of several properties in various
parts of the Corporate Area. These projects range in size from single-family
dwellings to multiple family dwellings. Mr. Lammie is also involved
through his company Teak Construction Limited in the construction of
various large office and commercial construction projects ranging in
size from 11,000 to 100,000 sq. ft. including such prestigious projects
as the Sovereign Centre, The Spring, Manor Centre-Phase II etc. Mr.
Lammie is also a Consultant on Development projects to Financial Institutions.

Mr.
Malcolm is an attorney-at-law who maintains a dual practice between
Miami, Florida and Kingston, Jamaica. He specializes in corporate, real
estate, banking and international business transactions. Mr. Malcolm
is a partner in the Miami firm of Herman, Roof, Henry & Malcolm,
and also a partner in the affiliated Jamaican firm of Henry & Malcolm.
He holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) Honors degree from the University
of the West Indies, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from University of Miami
School of Law. He has been a member of the Jamaican Bar since 1978,
and a member of the Florida Bar since 1988. He represents some of Jamaica’s
major corporations in their business transactions in Florida and the
United States. These include Seprod Limited, Jamaica Broilers Group
Limited, Century National Bank Limited and Jamaica Mutual Life Assurance
Society.

Donna
Lincoln is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA); she operates a Private
Financial Consulting Firm. Prior to her current employment Ms. Lincoln
worked with Coopers & Lybrandt in New York, Price Water House Jamaica,
where she held the position of Manager and was the Group Financial Consultant
for the Swift Group.
